Model Steam Engine (Type D9/D10)
Wilesco's Most Popular Steam Engine
The most popular stationary steam engine in the Wilesco program is now also equipped with a faithfully steaming fireplace. The condensate is directed from the cylinder into the rear area of the boiler house in a condensate tray.
This then has the delightful effect that the fireplace smokes. These real visuals help every steam engine enthusiast enjoy even more real steam fun.
The double-acting cylinder makes this model much more powerful than the oscillating cylinder models. The engine of this machine has a complete steam control and a centrifugal regulator.
The boiler volume of the steam engine is 155 cm³. Any retention of residual water in the boiler will not adversely affect the durability of the machine. The residual water in this engine can easily be emptied "overhead" after removing the filling valve.
Like all Wilesco steam engine models, this model stands out for its outstanding workmanship. The steam engine fascinates children and adults alike and is ideal as a gift for technology enthusiasts.
