The Coddiwomple Store processes and ships items from our warehouse, during business days only (Mon-Fri excluding Canadian statutory holidays). We strive to process and ship any orders placed before 1 pm EST within 24 hours but nonetheless, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours (excludes Friday afternoon orders which will be shipped on or after the following Monday).
Currently we only ship within Canada and to the United States.
We use Freightcom's service as our shipping processing provider. Freightcom uses the top carriers such as UPS to deliver shipments within Canada and the U.S.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer FREE Canada wide shipping on orders over $65 CAD. U.S. orders receive FREE shipping with a minimum order of $100 CAD. See the table below for our standard shipping rates and delivery times.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your shipment tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated after the carrier has received the item. Please note that we have no control over this as it's based on the carrier's parcel processing system.
All orders shipped within Canada will be free of duties or additional shipping taxes.
Receiving Your Package
Your tracking information will often update with an expected date of delivery or an 'out for delivery' message. Some carriers even offer an email sign up to get notifications about your package. It's always best to make accommodations for someone to be present to receive the parcel.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may attempt to leave your package in a safe area or with the concierge (if you live in an applicable condo). Otherwise they will leave a delivery attempt slip, indicating delivery at a later date or at the nearest post office.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they have been transferred to the carrier, but in case of an issue, we will do our best to make things right for you :)
