Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for visiting the Coddiwomple Store. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information:
Cancelling An Order
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email customer service at email@example.com with your order details. In the event that the item has already been processed & shipped before the cancellation request, the cancellation process will follow our standard return process as outlined below.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the item being delivered to you. All returnable items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All promotional gifts must also be returned with the item.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only after approving the return & providing an RMA to you will we accept the return. Please do not return your item to us prior to this as our warehouse will not be able to accept it.
Place the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number (provided) clearly on the outside of the parcel. The item(s) being returned must be sent to us within seven (7) days of receiving your RMA number. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping to mail your return to us.
We will only cover the cost of return shipping if the item arrived to you as damaged or defective. In this case, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label when we issue your RMA.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Products containing downloadable software
• Some health and personal care items
