Our offices and distribution center are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
When are you open?
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:30 am to 4:30 pm EST.
What currency do you use?
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. You can find our full shipping policy here.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Canadian orders over $50 and US orders over $70 both qualify for free shipping. Lean more about our shipping policies here.
I live nearby, can I pickup my order?
We're currently setting up our systems to include pickups. In the meantime, if you'd like to request a pickup, please email us here before placing the order so that we can accommodate you.
How do I return an item or cancel an order?
